I hate winter!!
Last Saturday (Dec.1st) it snowed, a lot. I didn't blog about it because I wanted to take a picture of the boys playing in the snow for the blog. Then it snowed again on Tuesday, a lot. I still have no pictures of the boys playing in it. A week and a half has gone by with a lot of snow on the ground and we still have no pictures because....it is sooooo cold here! I don't know what I hate more the snow or the cold. The high yesterday was 11 above, I don't know what the windchill was, but it was lower than 11 degrees. Lance has been dying to play in the snow, so he went out with his friend for a whole half hour before they were frozen popsicles. I know for you true Minnesotans this is nothing, but I hate it. It is that bad! I am upset about our 38-degree weather. And we don't have snow. We just have rain. I think you should move to CA or TX.
We've only had 1/2" of snow so far but lots of threats. Our highs have been 35, lows about 12. Guess I better pack lots of warm duds since it doesn't sound like it will warm up much there in the next 12 days!!! 12 days (can you believe it) and then we will be able to see all your snow up close. See ya Christmas! PS Idaho and Oregon are great places to live too :)
Today was really warm, the high was a balmy 22 degrees and it felt great. The sun was really bright and warm when it was out for the hour or two that I saw it. Get ready for more complaining. The high for the weekend is going to be 16 degrees.
